The hero of our post, Valentina, is 68 years old, and a resident of Komyshuvakha village. Before the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, I worked and helped raise my grandchildren, I dreamed of the future. But now I live “one day at a time” with faith in my heart that we can do everything and there will be peace on Ukrainian land – says Valentina. ACTED, not for the first time, helps our community solve and provide for the needs of the population. This time I applied for legal assistance within the framework of the project “Meeting the urgent multi-sectoral needs of internally displaced persons and the conflict-affected population of Ukraine”. Unfortunately, due to a lack of funds, I was in no hurry to resolve my issues, but when I learned about the arrival of a team of lawyers from the CF “WORLD. UKRAINE, POLOHY” with the support of @USAIDSavesLives, @actedukraine turned to them without delay.
Thanks to the coordinated and professional actions of specialists, all my questions were immediately resolved in the shortest possible time, and most importantly, free of charge. I would like to wish everyone involved in the implementation of this project strength, endurance and desire to help people like me, residents of the frontline areas. Together we can do everything, we will overcome everything!
This project is carried out as part of the Response Consortium with the financial support of the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).
