As a result of the explosion at the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station, the centralized water supply in the Sofiivka territorial community of Dnipropetrovsk region was damaged, which includes 29 settlements with a civilian population of about 13,000 people.
Due to the lack of water supply, people require assistance in regular provision of drinking water. Within the project framework, the organization of targeted delivery and distribution of drinking water is planned. Water will be distributed from a mobile unit to beneficiaries’ containers, according to the daily norm of drinking water needs (3 liters per person). Beneficiaries will be informed by local government authorities.
