Summer Camp 2023

 

The goal of the project is to provide free summer recreation for schoolchildren from Polohy district who have been forced to leave their homes and reside in Dnipro.

Summer camps for children from Polohy district are created on the initiative and with the financial support of the CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION “CHARITY FUND WORLD.UKRAINE.POLOHY'” and with the participation of the Executive Committee of Polohy city council of Polohy district and the Municipal Institution “Basic General Education Institution ‘Suzirya’ of Orikhiv city council.

The first shift of the children’s camp will take place:

  • from 06.2023 to 29.06.2023 for children of Orikhiv community, location: Municipal Institution “ZRCSTCYS ‘Grani’ ZOR” (Dnipro city, Mayakovskogo Ave, 14).
  • from 12.06.2023 to 06.07.2023 for children of Polohy community, location: premises of the educational hub of Polohy municipal territorial community (Dnipro city, Dobrolyubova St, 10).

The second shift of the children’s camp will take place:

  • from 08.2023 to 18.08.2023 for children of Polohy community, location: premises of the educational hub of Polohy municipal territorial community (Dnipro city, Dobrolyubova St, 10).

Our task is to give children a separate universe, free from war, despite the military actions taking place in our country. Therefore, we strive not only to give children toys, sweets, or entertainment but to focus on the development of the child’s inner world through games and active recreation.

Teachers, camp counselors, sports instructors, instructors in light construction, choreographers will work with the children. For this purpose, an active recreational program has been developed and tested, the goal of which is to quickly shift the children’s consciousness and return them to the conditions of peaceful life.
