What does a person need now to be happy? And should we talk about happiness now? War is difficult, painful and scary. Everyone goes through his own personal traumatic experience, we all hurt in our own way. Anxiety, uncertainty about the future, worries about loved ones keep us in a state of constant stress throughout the entire period of military operations. In order to cope with this stress, each of us must find a way to receive positive emotions. Life is arranged in such a way that joy always walks alongside sadness. These opposite but very important emotions naturally complement each other. Do we think that we have no right to joy, happiness, when there is so much pain and loss? However, the soldiers of the Armed Forces fight and give THEIR lives for OUR full life. The main thing is to find a balance. The vector of our desire for happiness is now changing, values have been reassessed, and happiness for many of us now lies in the OPPORTUNITY to PROTECT someone, to SUPPORT, to realize that we are part of the army of those who contribute to the common cause on the way to victory. And while we are talking about happiness here , volunteers of the charity fund “World. Ukraine. Polohy” experience the following joyful episodes with their compatriots:

On December 8, in Zaporizhzhia, butter and food kits (dry rations) were provided to IDPs from the territory of the Huliaipole urban territorial community of the Polohy district of the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as food kits, with the support of the Charity Fund “Network of 100 Percent Life. Zaporizhzhia”.
